Telescopic Crawler Cranes

Roll Group has two types of telescopic boom cranes available, mobile cranes and crawler cranes. Mobile rough terrain cranes have capacities up to 100te, and telescopic crawler cranes have capacities up to 220te.

A mobile crane is a hydraulic powered crane mounted on rubber tired carriers, truck type carriers or a self-propelled unit. They are designed to be easily transported to site and to be used with different types of load and cargo with very little/no setup or assembly.

Currently Roll Group owns and operates mobile cranes from two manufacturers Tadano and Terex.

Roll Group owns several Liebherr LTR type crawler cranes. These cranes combine the benefits of both all-terrain cranes and crawler cranes. Since no outriggers are required, the crane brings the added advantage that it can move and the boom can be extended/retracted with the load remaining on its hook. A wide range of radii can be achieved quickly and easily compared to conventional crawler cranes.
