Roll Group
All Roll Group companies share a commitment to providing a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace for all visitors, employees and subcontractors. The importance of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality is of paramount importance to everyone within the Roll Group, and the company fully complies with all international and local client regulations / guidelines.

Each company within the Roll Group is committed to compliance with the highest SHEQ standards in their specific line of work. A team of dedicated SHEQ specialists manage and oversee the creation, development and implementation of business practices and audits all corporate and project processes.

Where applicable, the management systems within the Roll Group are third party certified (i.e. PICS, ISNetworld) and we welcome client audits as great opportunities for further improvement. We work together with our clients to ensure that project specific risks are identified and eliminated and best practice procedures are determined in line with our certified SHEQ management systems.

Every Roll Group employee in every country is aware of their responsibility to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves, their colleagues, the environment and our assets. Our staff know of the important role they play in providing a safe and healthy working environment.

Our training programs are structured to enable our staff to contribute to the development of others by sharing their knowledge and experiences. This is a great benefit to everyone involved and will ensure competency in each level of the organization.

The SHEQ records of each individual Roll Group company are available upon request.
